Waitrose & Partners Supply Chain division - the distribution and warehouse network - is at the heart of its operations and key to the Partnership’s success. Providing customers with the best quality food is all about getting it to the right place, at the right time, in the right condition.  

With new distribution centres and organisational changes in the pipeline, Waitrose approached us to reinvent the Supply Chain internal newsletter, to keep partners up to speed on the latest news and focus on team performance and events. With a new brand, masthead and template the newsletter was rolled out in bi-monthy editions.
